PureAir 750 Technologies

The Ecobus utilizes photo-catalytic oxidation technology that generates advanced oxidation products, primarily consisting of hydro-peroxides or vaporized hydrogen peroxide. Photocatalytic oxidation technology replicates nature’s purifying process using ultraviolet energy to turn water vapor into oxidizers like peroxide and hydroxyls. 

These oxidants will either inactivate the microbe by rupturing its cell wall, killing it. Alternatively, the oxidants will change the microbe’s molecular structure in a way which makes it harmless.
